Karen has expanded from the purpose built clinic in her Leigh on Sea garden, to creating a beautiful high street clinic, on London Road, Leigh on Sea. As part of this growth, Karen has expanded the team and therefore the treatments on offer to her clients, with professionals who are as dedicated and enthusiastic about the services they offer, as she is. Karen and the team are passionate about the natural look. About helping every client enhance and rejuvenate their looks, ageing gracefully, but beautifully, so no one would necessarily know they'd had any treatments done. Karen founded Karen Harvey-Conran Permanent Makeup in early 2019, in Leigh on Sea. She was a former Assistant Head Teacher... but after having her own permanent eyeliner done, and loving the results and the ease it created for her, she decided to train with the prestigious KB Pro, Karen Betts in London. Karen is one of the few artists locally to have a full Level 4 qualification in permanent makeup for the full face. (The highest level currently available).
She also went on to become a trainer with KB, herself, and has continued to improve her technique through attending extensive Master Classes with International Permanent Makeup Artists, in Permanent Eyeliner, Hairstroke, Ombre, Powder brows and Lip Blush techniques as well as scalp micropigmentation and faux freckles.
Building on this she went on to train in LVL lashes/HD brows, tattoo removal through lightening, as well as facial treatments such as dermaplaning and micro-needling. Shortly she'll be offering tattoo and hair laser removal with state of the art machines in her Leigh on Sea Clinic.

She has won several National Awards, including Best Permanent Makeup Artist in the UK 2022 with The British Beauty Awards, Gold winner for Best Brow Artist in the South East and London, 2021 and 2022. Gold and silver winner Best Permanent Makeup Artist 2022 and 2021. Finalist, Top 3 in The Hair and Beauty Awards 2023 for Permanent Makeup. Finalist for Eyeliner in the National Permanent Makeup Awards.
In early 2022 Karen took the step to open her own high street clinic. Having her own name above the door was a dream turned into reality. The clinic is based on London Road, Leigh on Sea, and is within easy reach of all surrounding areas such as, Rayleigh, Hockley, Benfleet, Hadleigh. Rochford, Westcliff, Southend, Southchurch, Canvey Island and is only a 45 minute train ride from London. Indeed Karen's clients travel from Birmingham, Kent, Romford, Upminster, Hornchurch and other London Boroughs to visit her.
